Fernalld Design Services
Fernalld Design offers services in two basic ways:
- Hourly consultant. The initial consultation will be billed as a minimum of two hours, and further consultation and design services willed be billed at an hourly rate. Please inquire for fees.
- Package Bid. A project's cost will be given as a lump sum. After an initial retainer is paid, further funds will be drawn monthly or bi-monthly depending on the needs of the project.
We are happy to refer clients to our preferred
affiliates or to work with architects or contractors of the
client's choice in coordinating the various aspects of a
new home construction project, a remodel, or other aspects
of residential design.
