The objective with this house was to update and renovate a 4500 sq. ft. home built in the mid 90's into a transitional and sophisticated space that most homebuyers could move right into. With a specific budget allowed for this "flip," highend features were focused in the kitchen and master bathroom while transforming the remaining home with stone flooring, limestone, crown moulding, paint and lighting. We took over as project manager when a dispute erupted between the owner and the contractor and were able to finish on schedule. The home allowed the new resident to move right in with existing furnishings and artwork without altering the new design. Before and after photos are interspersed.
